Course Description

Although not an action that needs to be performed frequently, you may encounter a scenario where you wish to permanently delete an Entity or Investment in Solovis, or perhaps permanently obliterate erroneously imported transactions. 

The Data Diagnostics area of the Admin tab offers permissioned System Admin users access to perform these permanent delete actions when and if necessary.  This course outlines how to:

  • Permanently delete an Entity and/or Investment
  • How to delete all Market Values, Performance and/or Transactions associated with an Asset
  • How to change an Investment's Owner
  • How to delete erroneous Transactions loaded with an Upload Spreadsheet
